Studio Holdings, LLC Takes a Minority Stake in Wicked Wireless, LLC.

Leveraging the Mobile Opportunity through an emerging leader in Entertainment on Mobile Phones

Studio Holdings, LLC the holding company of Jeffery Dachis former CEO and Founder of Razorfish, Inc. acquired a stake in Wicked Wireless LLC. Terms of the transaction are not available; however the complimentary nature of the involvement gives Studio Holdings the opportunity to invest in one of the leading wireless providers of mobile content. Studio Holdings will assist Wicked Wireless with business relations and general corporate development projects. Jeffery Dachis will become an advisor to Wicked Wireless and help steer the company into growth and profitability.

Wicked Wireless published several mobile music clubs, including the Rhino Retro Club, The Jet Music Club, and several other applications on US BREW enabled mobile networks this year. Wicked is working on launching several additional mobile applications in the US and internationally in late 2004.
