Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless™,

publishing system called the MMPS, Multimedia

of a Web Based Content Management System
and supports most CDMA/Brew handsets. It

Downloading, Interactive Multimedia Games,

J2ME
With over 1.2 Billion
World Wide GSM/GPRS/EDGE subscribers, J2ME
provides a major distribution opportunity
for content clients. Wicked Wireless publishes
and develops applications in the Java 2
Platform, Micro-Edition (J2ME), designed
to support a wide range of GSM/GPRS network
operators and Handsets. Wicked’s expertise
and MMPS technology platform is extensible
to this platform by leveraging component
based middleware from a variety of partner
sources. J2ME content applications require
a major effort to achieve seamless portability
and integration and each Wicked J2ME Application.
The focus of the core system includes Handset
and Network detection, Image and Ringtone
content trans-coding and results in meeting
content partner and carrier requirements.
SMS / MMS
Through our network of
SMSC partners. Therefore, Wicked Wireless
maintains a complete end-to-end Short Message
Service (SMS) and Multimedia Message Service
(MMS) gateway to most major North American
wireless carriers, the process is integrated
with Wicked Download and Subscription Services.
Message Services can enhance the mobile
application experience and is essential
to compliment the Mobile Entertainment Channels
we develop. We facilitate Mobile Terminated
(M/T), Mobile Originated (M/O) and Premium
SMS (PSMS) message services. In addition,
Wicked provides Short Code Services and
Provisioning, Community Based Services,
I/M and Chat programming and product design.
WAP
The recent launch
and acceptance of WAP 2.0 is a major initiative
for Wicked. WAP 2.0 applications and services
are rapidly becoming the standard method
for customer acquisition. WAP 2.0 allows
for a graphical interface to be presented
to the user to initiate the Mobile Experience.
The Wicked approach leverages the capabilities
of the core MMPS to publish and mange dynamic
content through a single console. The impact
of WAP 2.0 is being realized in the US market
in 2005, Wicked will be providing this integrated
service offering during Q1 2005. Wicked’s
WAP 2.0 solution supports Pay-Per-Use, Recurring
Flat Fee Subscriptions, Air-Time Revenue
Share, Time Specific Content offerings.
In addition, Wicked will make M-Commerce
capabilities available to clients for content
download outside the Operator Billing Systems.
